Job Description:	We are growing quickly and looking for aestheticians to join our team! Clinically Clear (Acne Treatment Solutions), located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, is a physician-supervised skin care clinic focused on treating problem skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, and scarring/hyperpigmentation. We are talented, ambitious, compassionate clinicians who work together to create long-term results for our clients. We respect one another, communicate openly, reward results, and have fun. Our ideal aesthetician is: • Passionate about working with acne and problem skin in general • Obsessed with helping their clients achieve results • Embracing of evidence-based modalities for treating skin conditions, with a track record of professional development • Warm, friendly, genuine, and caring. Highly empathetic and professional • Able to connect and communicate effectively with our clients to earn their trust and win their business • Licensed in aesthetics by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology Our aestheticians' primary responsibilities include: • Providing consultations to our clients, then recommending and selling treatment series and home care products • Delivering outstanding aesthetic treatments (for example: chemical peels, extractions, microneedling) • Corresponding with clients regarding their treatment plans, after care, product use, concerns, and appointment scheduling • Maintaining confidential client records and photographs detailing treatments, progress/issues, adjustments to home care, etc. • Evaluating new treatment protocols, modalities, and products that will enhance Clinically Clear’s ability to deliver results for our clients • Following day-to-day office operating standards, including stocking and product inventory levels and sanitization practices • Collaborating with colleagues on treatment protocols and adjustments to our clients’ treatment plans Benefits: • Flexibility and autonomy in growing and developing the clinic • Competitive pay (hourly + commission) based on your experience level and results • Health insurance (requires 30+ hours/week), 401K, complimentary access to fitness center • Paid time off You can learn more at our website clinicallyclearskin.com, or our Instagram @clinicallyclear.
